Product Technical Ecosystem Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In the role of coach/player, guide the ecosystem enablement team—covering both edge and enterprise products—to foster trust and transparency with Wind River’s partners.

• Assess comprehensive solutions that integrate hardware from top silicon and system vendors, Wind River platforms, and industry-specific applications to create a seamless experience for our customers.

• Communicate roadmaps and collaborate with Product Management to synchronize and propel go-to-market strategies.

• Design solutions and actively interact with Engineering to establish best practices for the automated and efficient validation of hardware, applications, or both.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience with enterprise software platforms.

• More than 3 years serving as a team leader in a software company focused on ecosystems and partnerships.

• Thorough understanding of the semiconductor industry and its ecosystem.

• Exceptional analytical skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• A proactive, accountable leader who takes ownership of outcomes and ensures teams achieve high-impact results.

• A capable problem solver who can identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and develop or enhance scalable processes as required.

• A strong collaborative mindset.

• Experience with open source is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to attract, recruit, mentor, and retain talent.

• Preferred experience in software and system architecture.

• Program management experience is a plus.

• Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Bachelor’s degree accompanied by relevant experience.
