Product Tech Lead

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor developers through consistent one-on-one meetings, coaching, technical support, and career advancement assistance.

• Influence technical architecture and engineering choices across various products and platforms, ensuring a balance of scalability, performance, maintainability, and business objectives.

• Facilitate technical discussions, planning meetings, and solution design evaluations across engineering and interdisciplinary teams.

• Collaborate closely with product, design, leadership, and stakeholders to ensure that technical strategies align with roadmap priorities and long-term business goals.

• Create and sustain modern web applications.

• Establish and advocate for engineering best practices, emphasizing code quality, system reliability, observability, performance, and sustainable development methods.

• Promote technical feedback through code reviews, pair programming, architecture assessments, and collaborative problem-solving.

• Effectively coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, providing insights into technical initiatives, risks, trade-offs, and delivery timelines.

• Aid in delivery planning, prioritization, and execution while assisting teams in navigating uncertainty and changing requirements.

• Propel the adoption of AI-assisted development, agentic workflows, and automation to enhance engineering efficiency and developer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in developing highly performant and scalable web applications.

• Prior experience leading engineering teams or holding a technical leadership role.

• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and REST APIs.

• Proficient in Django and Python development.

• Experience in designing scalable system architectures and making long-term technical decisions.

• Proven ability to work closely with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-native application development.

• Experience managing sophisticated application states, such as Apollo Client or Redux.

• Knowledge of Docker, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary development workflows.

• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing engineering teams and executing complex technical projects.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Awareness of AI-driven development workflows, automation, and tools that enhance developer productivity.

• Strong grasp of security, reliability, and performance best practices in modern web development.
