This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering accountability, performance, and career advancement.
• Recruit, onboard, guide, and support team members throughout all phases of their development.
• Cultivate strong product thinking, prioritization skills, stakeholder management, customer-centric focus, and decision-making within the team.
• Oversee team capacity, balancing priorities while eliminating barriers to execution.
• Convert the organizational product strategy into actionable roadmaps, priorities, and objectives for the team.
• Own a comprehensive product area and ensure that initiatives align with business goals and client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover opportunities, define solutions, and achieve measurable results.
• Continuously enhance product processes including intake, discovery, prioritization, requirements management, and delivery practices.
• Act as a Product Manager on strategic, complex, or high-visibility initiatives.
• Lead discovery initiatives, specify requirements, and guide projects from concept to delivery.
• Exemplify product excellence by showcasing strong product judgment, customer orientation, and execution discipline.
• Assist in establishing and advancing product management as a key capability at LLF.
• Contribute to product operating models, standards, best practices, and team workflows.
• Collaborate with product leadership to refine the organization’s long-term product strategy and operational methods.
• Work closely with Engineering, PMO, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Product Marketing teams.
• Balance business demands, technical aspects, regulatory obligations, and user experience priorities.
• Clearly communicate product decisions, risks, progress, and outcomes to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in Product Management with ownership of software, technology, or internal-facing products.
• 2-4 years of direct experience in people leadership, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Strong experience in leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Demonstrated ability to create product requirements, facilitate prioritization, and drive execution effectively.
• Working knowledge of modern software development practices and the ability to collaborate efficiently with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with product management tools, road mapping platforms, backlog management, documentation, and collaboration software.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to influence at various organizational levels.
