This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the management of deposit and digital banking platforms.
• Help with system configuration and upkeep under the guidance of senior team members.
• Monitor system performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Investigate and resolve product or system issues.
• Elevate concerns to vendors or internal support teams when necessary.
• Collaborate across departments with Operations, Compliance, Vendor Management, and other groups.
• Create test plans and test cases for new products, system upgrades, and software releases.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing and document the outcomes.
• Identify, document, and monitor system defects.
• Ensure successful implementation of product enhancements prior to production release.
• Support the rollout of new products and services.
• Coordinate project timelines and implementation tasks.
• Validate product configurations and setups.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, user guides, system documentation, testing documentation, and product reference materials.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors.
• Track support tickets and implementation requests.
• Engage in vendor meetings and product demonstrations.
• Stay updated on new product features and system functionalities.
• Support the complete product lifecycle while gaining expertise in the Bank's systems, vendors, and digital solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, business analysis, operations, or technology support.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to sit for extended durations and perform listed physical activities, such as twisting, bending, walking, using hands, reaching, balancing, stooping, kneeling, talking, and hearing.
• Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Preferred: Experience in a financial institution.
• Preferred: Familiarity with digital banking platforms or banking operations.
• Preferred: Experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Preferred: Interest in technology, process improvement, or product management.
