This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Welcome new users to the platform and assist with the setup process.
• Support customers in resolving both simple and complex challenges.
• Provide training for clients and their teams on the technology.
• Record requests and interactions using Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Offer valuable insights to the Product and Marketing departments.
• 3-4 years of experience in customer support.
• A degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese.
• Strong initiative along with effective troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
