This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Effectively manage incoming customer inquiries and ensure that all requests for information are thoroughly addressed.
• Accurately and thoroughly process customer and internal orders.
• Provide continuous support to patients and customers, including responding to inquiries about device usage and logistics.
• Ensure that communication channels via phone and email are operational during business hours.
• Establish and create accounts, onboard customers into internal systems, and maintain precise account records.
• Execute data uploads and file-transfer tasks accurately and within specified timelines.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality across all systems.
• Handle inventory returns, RMAs, and replacement orders effectively.
• Foster sustainable relationships through open and engaging communication with both internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide outstanding customer service.
• Refer customer complaints for further investigation when necessary.
• Assist with Recall or Field Corrective Action initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure exceptional customer support and enhance Tasso customer satisfaction.
• Exhibit behavior in alignment with the Company's Code of Ethics and Conduct.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to fulfill business needs.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or product support position.
• Must reside in the Seattle area.
• Prior experience in the medical device or healthcare sector is preferred.
• Comfortable engaging in product discussions and resolving customer and patient issues.
• Self-motivated and able to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening capabilities.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Strong attention to detail in tracking and managing customer inquiries and complaints to resolution.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced office environment with frequent telephone and computer usage.
• Preferably two years of call center experience in a medical device manufacturing setting or similar high-call-volume environment.
• Experience in complaint intake is preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP is advantageous.
• $24/hr - $26/hr based on experience + Stock Options
