This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Analyze system behavior, data, and user workflows to troubleshoot application issues.
β’ Serve as a bridge between end users and development teams, effectively documenting and communicating issues, enhancements, and feedback.
β’ Conduct quality assurance testing within a product development setting, including: Release testing for new features and enhancements, Regression testing to ensure the stability of existing functionality, Developing, executing, and documenting test cases and results.
β’ Identify defects, verify fixes, and ensure that issues are addressed prior to production releases.
β’ Utilize dashboards, logs, and alerts to monitor product health and proactively detect issues.
β’ Assist in daily product operations, ensuring system availability and optimal performance.
β’ Work closely with developers and product teams to investigate root causes and suggest improvements.
β’ Aid in operational processes related to deployments, updates, and system modifications.
β’ Strong grasp of software systems and application workflows.
β’ Proficiency in SQL for data querying, validating issues, and supporting investigations.
β’ Practical experience with QA and software testing in product development environments.
β’ Familiarity with issue tracking and ticketing systems.
β’ Experience in supporting internally developed applications (preferred).
β’ Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate (a plus).
β’ Capability to read and interpret logs, dashboards, and system metrics.
