This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of technical account management for APAC performance product partners, focusing primarily on AMS, as well as Strength & Conditioning and early Nutrition beta clients.

• Oversee the complete process of new client implementations, from initial configuration through to go-live and user adoption.

• Enhance client value through best-practice consulting, introducing features, and providing training.

• Resolve technical and strategic client challenges as the regional product specialist.

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams in APAC to address client needs, manage renewals, and explore expansion opportunities.

• Provide support to elite sporting organizations across the APAC region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong client management abilities.

• Significant experience in at least one of the following: Teamworks AMS (Smartabase), a professional sports or high-performance organization, or the sports technology sector.

• Consulting mindset to comprehend product suitability and proactively demonstrate to clients how to maximize value.

• Residing and working within an APAC timezone.

• Practical experience with AMS builds is a plus.

• Legal authorization to work in the specified location without the need for employer sponsorship, both currently and in the future.
