Product Strategy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Perform ongoing qualitative and quantitative research to uncover market opportunities, competitor weaknesses, and emerging customer demands.

• Provide comprehensive and actionable "Strategic Briefs" to the Product Engineering team that detail the *problem* and the *business parameters* (e.g., desired outcomes, compliance guidelines), allowing them to handle the execution specifics.

• Take ownership of and publish the definitive Messaging Playbook and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) frameworks that clearly define who Revenate competes against and the reasons for our success.

• Oversee the process of feature retirement (sunsetting), manage regional compliance requirements, and make adjustments to localized packaging.

• Define, sustain, and share the medium-term product strategy roadmap, ensuring it connects immediate feature delivery with our 3-5 year vision.

• Assess regional market trends, user behaviors, and economic conditions to refine our core product and monetization strategies for rapid growth in diverse global markets with potential.

• Develop business cases for new product initiatives, leveraging user data, market analysis, and competitive insights to strategically prioritize the roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Management Consulting, or Corporate Strategy—preferably within a global technology or SaaS setting.

• Demonstrated success in designing, launching, or enhancing pricing/packaging strategies, revenue models, or growth funnels.

• You thrive at the 6-12 month horizon—able to think strategically about high-level objectives while remaining aware of practical execution limitations.

• Experience in scaling products across various regions (e.g., AMER, EMEA, APAC, LATAM) and a thorough understanding of localized user requirements and payment systems.

• Strong financial modeling abilities and proficiency in navigating complex data sets to derive actionable product insights.
