• You will ensure the growth of the ARR for the vertical through monetization strategies, product development, pricing, and regional and/or Latam expansion.
• You will coordinate cross-functional execution among key areas (Product, Technology, Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Success).
• You will gather customer feedback and coordinate improvements in the roadmap with product and technology teams.
• You will lead the comparative analysis of national and international benchmarks.
• You will develop robust business cases for executive decision-making.
• You will present strategic recommendations to D-Level executives.
• You will monitor business KPIs and report on results.
• A graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
• 4 years of experience in business development, product management, or project implementation in SaaS/Fintech environments.
• Knowledge and experience in payments is desirable.
• Proficiency in office tools.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
