Product Specialist – Wallet Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily operations of exchange wallets, encompassing deposits and withdrawals.

• Track blockchain transactions to guarantee timely processing and address any delays or failures.

• Ensure operational uptime for exchange wallets.

• Organize and execute network upgrades, token events, and testing without any issues.

• Work in conjunction with the security team to address incidents and implement protective measures.

• Oversee internal alerts and improve the monitoring system to identify security or high-risk events, following up with both reactive and preventive actions.

• Automate repetitive tasks to boost operational efficiency.

• Examine transaction data to spot trends and propose system enhancements.

• Investigate competitor products and industry trends to uncover potential product or process improvements.

• Collaborate with Customer Support to address wallet-related user inquiries.

• Partner with stakeholders across various departments to resolve customer pain points and enhance our product.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a related field.

• Proficient in using blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan).

• Knowledge of UTXO, EVM, and multi-signature wallets.

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

• Capacity to excel in a dynamic, 24/7 crypto environment.
