This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Comprehend the value proposition of Dental Monitoring and its substantial effect on the workflow of dental or orthodontic practices.
• Collaborate with clients and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to grasp their growth goals and present challenges.
• Establish and maintain connections with influential clients.
• Segment the assigned territory to pinpoint key opportunities and enhance new client acquisition.
• Drive significant sales growth in new business by gaining new customers and maximizing the potential within existing customer bases.
• Attend trade shows at both local and international levels.
• Organize and/or take part in local and national events, webinars, training sessions, or study clubs.
• Suggest new and innovative methods to promote the dissemination and adoption of Dental Monitoring technologies.
• Provide insights to the management team regarding market trends and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the marketing department on social media and targeted marketing initiatives to boost sales.
• Fully utilize the Sales Force CRM system to report on activities.
• Train, coach, and support newly acquired customers while re-launching and accelerating growth for existing customers who are not currently expanding.
• Travel to provide robust clinical support throughout the customer adoption journey.
• Prioritize efforts based on individual customer situations.
• Develop dedicated orthodontic clinical protocols for each new practice that adopts DM solutions.
• Create and implement strategic account plans.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and with customer service.
• Generate and manage an increase in the number of active accounts within the territory.
• At least 4 years of successful sales experience in the orthodontic, dental, or medical device sectors.
• Proven success in a training/education/clinical capacity, either through experience in an orthodontic (or dental) practice or within the medical device industry.
• Capability to influence and spark interest in innovative approaches.
• Strong understanding of a conceptual and consultative sales approach.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High level of computer literacy and a strong appreciation for emerging technologies.
• Ability to cultivate and sustain positive partnerships with both internal and external customers.
• Proficient command of written and spoken English.
