This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Establish trusted relationships with law firms and in-house legal teams by grasping their distinct workflows and providing customized guidance on how to integrate Harvey’s AI into their daily operations.
• Create and facilitate onboarding sessions, training workshops, and continuous enablement programs that enhance adoption and maximize the benefits of Harvey’s platform.
• Serve as a strategic collaborator with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to pinpoint expansion opportunities and assist in renewal efforts through demonstrated impact and engagement.
• Identify barriers to adoption by engaging users with insightful inquiries and legal empathy, then devise and implement strategies to overcome these challenges.
• Convert legal practice requirements into actionable insights for the product and engineering teams, helping to influence product development from a legal perspective.
• Track usage patterns and recognize at-risk accounts or unexploited opportunities, collaborating across functions to re-engage users and highlight new or underutilized features.
• Assist in creating customer-facing materials (e.g., training documents, use case guides, FAQ resources) to ensure ongoing customer success across various practice areas.
• Uphold the credibility and reputation of Harvey as the premier AI platform for legal professionals by providing high-quality, domain-specific guidance that satisfies the expectations of elite legal practitioners.
• Occasional travel may be necessary, including visits to customer office locations and company offices.
• The ideal candidate must be qualified to practice law in Italy.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law at a prestigious law firm, ideally with a focus on corporate law or litigation.
• Proficiency in Italian is required.
• Strong executive engagement skills and presence, with the ability to forge robust relationships with key decision-makers and establish credibility at all organizational levels.
• Exceptional presentation skills for both legal and executive audiences, whether in spontaneous settings on a whiteboard or through formal presentations and demonstrations.
• A solid understanding of legal processes and the challenges faced by legal professionals.
• An inquisitive mindset about AI’s potential to revolutionize the legal industry.
• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles, including law firm business development and/or secondment, is advantageous, as is direct experience managing law firm client matters and relationships.
