This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Management of relationships with Health Care Providers (HCP).
• Achieves and exceeds expected performance within the territory for the AbbVie portfolio.
• Develops a pre-call strategy utilizing SMART objectives and effectively assesses calls while documenting post-call evaluations.
• Applies evidence-based medicine skills during calls (including clinical papers, etc.); promotes appropriately through the use of currently approved promotional materials.
• Skillfully addresses objections or concerns raised during interactions.
• Consistently secures a logical and reasonable call to action/closure on every call.
• Provides education to medical providers and their staff.
• Identifies, cultivates, and sustains relationships with disease state experts and speakers/advocates.
• Employs innovative strategies and resources to access hard-to-reach HCPs, enhancing results and outcomes to the brand team level through collaboration with their Field Manager.
• Actively strives to meet HCP needs in alignment with company guidelines and compliance policies.
• Shares best practices to contribute to AbbVie's business success across the Brand Teams.
• A Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical studies.
• Ideally, practical knowledge and comprehension of HCPs and the requirements of the disease area.
• Strong understanding of market challenges and opportunities.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• A sense of curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
