Product Specialist – Fraud & AML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional product demonstrations for CSI’s Fraud and AML solutions to customers and potential clients, effectively conveying product value and relevance within the industry.

• Maintain extensive knowledge of fraud prevention and AML technology, regulations, and trends in financial crime to bolster sales initiatives and enhance CSI’s market standing.

• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to aid pipeline development by offering product expertise, participating in prospect calls, and contributing to strategies for Fraud/AML opportunities.

• Represent CSI at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote the Fraud & AML product suite and gather insights on emerging threats and regulatory changes.

• Utilize current industry insights—including fraud typologies, AML compliance mandates, and core banking trends—to enhance CSI’s value proposition and increase win rates.

• Stay updated on evolving fraud schemes, AML regulatory changes, and technological innovations to ensure product messaging and demonstrations are relevant and impactful.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Product Management and Marketing, to refine product positioning, support roadmap initiatives, and identify new growth opportunities in the Fraud & AML sector.


⛳️ Requirements

• Education or experience equivalent to a college or university undergraduate degree.

• A minimum of 3 years of pertinent work and/or industry experience.

• Strong comprehension of Fraud and AML technologies, including transaction monitoring, risk scoring, case management, and customer due diligence/KYC processes.

• Familiarity with financial crime regulations and guidelines (e.g., BSA/AML, OFAC, FFIEC, FATF) and their implications for financial institutions.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging, clear, and precise product demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Capability to translate intricate product features into valuable customer propositions.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with the competency to comprehend customer use cases and align them with product functionalities.
