• Develop and utilize AI tools such as JLL GPT and Custom Assistants.

• Produce user manuals and onboarding documentation.

• Serve as a primary advocate for the adoption of AI technologies.

• Convert user insights into actionable enhancement requests.

• Maintain extensive knowledge of the AI products being supported.

• Create and sustain a comprehensive knowledge base.
