Product Specialist, Building Envelope – Air Barrier

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Achieving or surpassing the assigned sales quota within your specified sales territory.

• Collaborating with local channel teams to implement growth initiatives, strategies, and programs aimed at developing end-user customers, specifiers, and application processes to enhance the 3M Air Barrier portfolio.

• Delivering essential market and customer insights to ISD Building Protection portfolio managers, marketing teams, application engineers, and leadership.

• Working in conjunction with 3M’s Key Accounts Team to foster growth through key end-user customers.

• Efficiently managing your opportunity pipeline while engaging in strategic planning for new prospects and conducting regular business reviews for key markets and end-user customers within your territory.

• Creating new opportunities through the architectural, engineering, and consulting sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution AND three (3) years of experience in Account and Channel Management within the commercial construction industry in private, public, government, or military settings.

• OR a High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution AND ten (10) years of experience in Account and Channel Management within the commercial construction industry in private, public, government, or military settings.

• Possession of a current, valid Driver’s License.

• Demonstrated experience in articulating value propositions and system-selling.

• Proven ability in developing and managing key end-user accounts.

• Competence and experience in product demonstrations.

• Strong history of effective collaboration and cross-functional teamwork.
