This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Achieve sales targets and enhance market share.
• Manage multiple accounts within a designated territory.
• Execute and oversee intricate Market Development and Field Marketing initiatives.
• Deliver sales presentations and showcase proper product usage to healthcare professionals.
• Create customer- and product-centric presentation materials.
• Reach out and arrange meetings with potential new clients.
• Promote and facilitate Professional Education events.
• Visit client locations to collect order and market condition data.
• Assess customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Carry out contract and tender management responsibilities.
• Oversee the assigned territory while adhering to budget constraints.
• Collaborate with logistics to guarantee product availability.
• Implement promotional initiatives at national, regional, and local levels.
• Provide customer follow-up, technical assistance, and professional support.
• Analyze sales forecasts and report findings to management.
• Compile sales reports and necessary documentation.
• Review customer orders and product sales to develop improvement strategies.
• Offer marketplace insights and suggestions to enhance product and company performance.
• Work alongside the regional sales team to boost marketplace success.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree or equivalent experience, ideally in Sales and Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with the assigned therapeutic area and ability to engage with relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Visayas region.
• Demonstrated sales experience with a solid sales acumen.
• Preferred knowledge of product offerings and standard operating procedures.
• Strong character, integrity, and a positive work ethic.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Prepared and able to travel extensively within assigned territories.
• Physically able to manage and transport heavy equipment when necessary.
• Open to a fully field-based role with commission-based compensation.
• Valid driver’s license and readiness to drive as part of the job.
• Skills in cross-selling, customer focus, hospital operations, market opportunity evaluation, sales, solutions selling, vendor selection, and problem-solving.
