📋 Description

• Act as a comprehensive product authority for Curve Dental software, services, and partners.

• Collaborate with various teams within the organization and potential clients of Curve Dental software.

• Ensure that the product knowledge shared with clients is precise, detailed, and pertinent.

• Identify and comprehend common user challenges, facilitating cross-functional teams to address them.

• Conduct product demonstrations and position Curve technology in comparison to competing solutions.

• Recognize product opportunities, document solutions, prioritize them, and engage with Development to convey market needs.

• Assist in the creation of educational resources such as user manuals, process flow diagrams, and training materials.

• Stay informed about and analyze market trends.

• Collaborate with Development on product improvements and customer requests.

• Prepare presentations utilizing analytical skills and customer insights.

• Travel as necessary, up to two times per month.

• Proficient in products operating within a web-based cloud environment, ideally in the dental sector.

• Knowledge of MSSQL is advantageous.

• Solid understanding of healthcare claims and encounter data.

• Strong presentation abilities.

• Highly motivated self-starter capable of delivering consecutive presentations.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in cloud-based dental software.

• Familiarity with US healthcare operations.

• Willingness to travel up to two times per month.
