Product Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Transform customer requirements into captivating and user-friendly interfaces

• Oversee the entire design process from initial concept to final execution

• Utilize the ShadCN design library to compile design components

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director on research, design, and prototyping

• Create user cases, scenarios, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and flows

• Generate visual assets and document design standards for implementation

• Guarantee that the product is thoughtfully designed and functional

• Adapt designs for development purposes

• Evaluate user journeys

• Work with design systems and symbol libraries

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in UX/UI design, product design, or a similar domain

• Strategic design mindset that considers usability, accessibility, and business outcomes

• Proficient in Figma

• Experience in user research, journey mapping, and data-driven design choices

• Strong visual design capabilities, including typography, color theory, and layout principles

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment

• Strong copywriting skills in English

• Commitment, enthusiasm, and a good sense of humor

• Experience in analyzing user journeys

• Familiarity with design systems and symbol libraries

• Access to a Mac with Figma or a preference for this design tool

• Proficient communication in Dutch or English for the application process
