This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide support for customer-facing demonstrations.

• Attain and uphold technical proficiency in BRINC OEM products and proprietary software.

• Hold and maintain an FAA Part 107 Pilot’s License.

• Cultivate positive relationships with customers and public safety organizations.

• Sustain a high level of flying proficiency to conduct flying duties safely and effectively.

• Engage in timely and effective communication with BRINC team members.

• Collaborate with TAEs in the field to deliver live, interactive demonstrations of both hardware and software solutions.

• Responsible management of assigned BRINC equipment, including the demonstration truck, station, sUAS kits, and all associated gear.

• Proactively maintain the cleanliness and functionality of all equipment to present BRINC as a solution for our public safety partners.

• Conduct thorough preparation testing, pre-operational briefings with contingencies, and informative debrief discussions with BRINC personnel while on-site.

• Effectively communicate with all team members on-site and direct inquiries to the appropriate party during demonstrations.

• Complete necessary recurrent training to meet company and regulatory standards.

• Participate in and become certified in comprehensive technical troubleshooting of BRINC technology.

• Ensure safety practices related to the transport of equipment and technological hardware.

• Operate and manage the DFR truck to provide on-site support for representatives during client meetings, demonstrations, and field events.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven track record in Customer Service/Success.

• Capability to obtain and maintain an FAA Part 107 license along with current certifications.

• Ability to pass a background check and DMV assessment with a minimum of 2 years of a clean driving record.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license in your primary state of residence.

• Strong aptitude for effective communication and problem diagnosis in a dynamic environment.
