Product Sourcing & E-Commerce Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify profitable products for resale on Walmart through Online Arbitrage/Wholesale.

• Assess sourcing opportunities based on profitability criteria defined by clients.

• Focus on products that yield approximately 20%+ ROI and a net profit of 4–5+.

• Steer clear of gated or restricted products while recognizing potential intellectual property risks.

• Document feasible sourcing opportunities for client evaluation.

• Emphasize sustainable and profitable products instead of merely focusing on volume.

• Develop and manage Walmart product listings.

• Assist with WFS shipping plans and fulfillment processes.

• Keep track of inventory levels and product availability.

• Ensure accurate product and inventory details are maintained.

• Help to revive and organize the client's existing Walmart operations.

• Oversee fundamental customer service requirements.

• Maintain well-organized records for sourcing, inventory, and operations.

• Monitor product performance along with relevant e-commerce metrics.

• Provide support for additional responsibilities within the Walmart marketplace as the business expands.

• Deliver task-specific services in a professional manner, adhering to agreed-upon timelines, guidelines, and deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience with Walmart Marketplace/WFS is essential.

• Proven experience in Walmart product sourcing is necessary.

• Required experience in calculating ROI, net profit, and assessing product viability.

• Mandatory experience with Walmart listing and inventory management.

• Familiarity with WFS shipping and fulfillment operations is required.

• Understanding of gated/restricted products and IP risk is preferred.

• Previous experience with Amazon or similar platforms is advantageous but does not substitute for Walmart experience.

• Strong skills in spreadsheet and e-commerce data management are required.

• Proficiency in Walmart Seller Center is necessary.

• Proficiency in Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) is required.

• Competence in Walmart product sourcing and research tools is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is required.

• Familiarity with e-commerce inventory and listing tools is necessary.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.

• Must be analytical and detail-oriented.

• Strong organizational skills with effective inventory and listing management habits are required.

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (Accent Preference: Level A-C) are necessary.

• Availability for 20 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday is required.

• A 4-hour shift must overlap with PST business hours during onboarding.

• Must operate as an independent contractor under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
