This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Conduct customized product demonstrations of the CoverGo platform across health, life, and P&C use cases, tailoring the presentation to align with each insurer's objectives.
• Organize and lead discovery calls, solution-design sessions, and client workshops to comprehend, analyze, and clarify requirements and project scope.
• Develop and configure proof-of-concept insurance products within the CoverGo platform to illustrate capabilities and features for clients.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-assisted research) as a fundamental aspect of the workflow — for generating demo scripts, drafting RFP/RFI responses, creating proposals, and speeding up content delivery throughout the presales process.
• Collaborate with the Sales team during the sales conversion journey, offering solution consulting that progresses and secures opportunities.
• Convert client requirements into solution summaries, value propositions, and techno-commercial proposals.
• Work alongside Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering/Delivery teams to assess feasibility, estimate efforts, and determine the optimal solution approach for each client.
• Assist in the transition to the Delivery team once contracts are finalized, and help facilitate project kickoff meetings.
• Provide training and support to enhance clients' utilization of the platform through technical information and guidance.
• Create and maintain a reusable library of demo assets, templates, and a presales knowledge base to scale operations and minimize repetitive tasks.
• Perform any other assigned duties.
• A Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Technology, Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, sales engineering, or pre-sales business analysis.
• Significant experience in the insurance or insurtech sector is essential.
• Strong expertise with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or similar LLM-based tools) and the capability to apply them effectively to presales workflows like demo preparation, content creation, and proposal drafting is necessary.
• Proven experience in delivering demos, workshops, and presentations to enterprise and C-level audiences.
• A solid understanding of insurance business processes in at least one line of business (e.g., product setup, underwriting, pricing, policy administration, endorsements, billing, renewals, and/or claims).
• Experience in configuring and demonstrating SaaS platforms; familiarity with no-code or low-code platforms is a plus.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills in written and verbal English; proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
• Strong storytelling skills to effectively convey platform value to diverse audiences.
• Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities to engage audiences effectively.
