This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Cultivate extensive technical knowledge regarding Generator Circuit Breakers.

• Offer technical guidance and training to the Sales Team and Customers, aiding in the promotion of GE Vernova’s technology advantages.

• Take ownership of achieving Order Intake and profitability goals.

• Comprehend the RFQ / Customer's requirements.

• Initiate the tendering process: Go/No Go evaluations, target price determination, value proposition parameters, and winning strategies.

• Prepare and present compliant and appealing proposals within the boundaries of technical feasibility, compliance, market conditions, profitability, and risk management.

• Negotiate contracts by leading the clarification process and addressing outstanding issues.

• Formulate and implement a strategy to expand products, target markets, and identify key accounts.

• Collaborate with regional commercial teams to enhance market share.

• Provide leadership and support to channel partners.

• Maintain commercial databases with current and precise information.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.

• At least 5 years of experience in the utility industry or industrial sales.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% domestically and occasionally internationally, primarily for direct customer engagement.

• Availability for an intensive international training program lasting up to six months.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

• Ideally, a minimum of 2 years of experience working with high voltage products, particularly in the Power Generation and HV Switchgear sectors.

• Strong team-oriented mindset, work ethic, and dedication to the role.

• Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and customers.
