This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Generalist Sellers during crucial deal phases to offer product expertise, technical insights, and solution positioning that enhance the opportunity.
• Provide customized product demonstrations that align with customer use cases, target personas, and evaluation criteria—translating features into measurable business and security outcomes.
• Assist with RFP and RFI submissions by delivering technically accurate and distinctive content that showcases a comprehensive understanding of customer needs.
• Highlight competitive advantages in customer discussions, clearly articulating Netwrix’s strengths in comparison to alternative solutions.
• Facilitate structured discovery discussions to uncover details about the customer environment, security issues, compliance needs, and technical evaluation standards.
• Ensure thorough qualification by evaluating technical compatibility, identifying risks or gaps early, and supporting AEs in maintaining deal integrity throughout the sales cycle.
• Convert customer needs into clear solution narratives that align Netwrix capabilities with specific business outcomes and security objectives.
• Confidently address technical objections and product limitations, suggesting alternatives or escalating issues to the appropriate internal resource when necessary.
• Design and facilitate proof-of-concept engagements that verify Netwrix solution alignment with customer-defined success criteria.
• Guide prospects through the technical evaluation stages, ensuring Netwrix is favorably positioned against competing solutions throughout the process.
• Collect and relay field insights—including customer feedback, qualification trends, and competitive intelligence—to product, marketing, and GTM teams.
• Maintain precise opportunity documentation and activity tracking in Salesforce, providing clear visibility into technical status across the pipeline.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in technical sales, presales, or product overlay roles within the cybersecurity or IT security sectors, with a proven track record of supporting complex sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles pertinent to Netwrix’s offerings, including Data Loss Prevention and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discovery and qualification discussions, with a keen instinct for evaluating solution fit and identifying deal risks.
• Experience in designing and delivering tailored product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements for both technical and business audiences.
• Comfortable engaging both technical evaluators and senior business stakeholders, with the ability to adapt messaging depth and context to suit the audience.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in support of Generalist Sellers and alongside cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a similar CRM for tracking pipeline and documenting opportunities.
