• Meet business targets for the designated territory (such as account penetration with product/solution/service offerings)
• Responsibilities encompass clinical product positioning, product demonstrations, and facilitating clinical discussions
• Will oversee the formulation and implementation of strategic account plans to ensure the fulfillment of assigned business objectives and budgets
• Develops, fosters, and maintains long-term relationships with key management within the client organization
• Aids management in crafting sales plans and strategies, as well as developing forecasts, budgets, and operational plans for product sales channels
• Ensures that Account Executives are well-versed in XP Women’s Health Products to enhance business performance
• Travel requirements of up to 70%, averaging 3-4 days per week
• BS/BA in a related field or an advanced degree, if necessary, or an equivalent blend of education and experience
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales or product specialist role, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Proven experience handling large quotas and navigating lengthy sales cycles, with a demonstrated history of meeting and surpassing those quotas
• Must possess experience in managing sales quotas and forecasting
• A successful history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• A clean driving record is essential
