This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Driving revenue growth and meeting business objectives for our Digital & Automation imaging IT solutions within the designated territory, accounts, and health network systems.
• Possessing extensive domain expertise in healthcare IT and imaging IT.
• Establishing and maintaining a thorough understanding of clinical IT workflows related to Radiology, Cardiology, and Pathology.
• Providing consultative sales support to meet customer needs through the promotion and adoption of our Diagnostic Imaging Digital and Automation solutions.
• Developing and nurturing significant relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in your assigned territory.
• Establishing and fostering a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Guiding the formulation and execution of strategic account plans.
• Maintaining precise sales forecasts and ensuring transparency during forecast reviews.
• Educating internal colleagues on essential market trends, customer requirements, and how our solutions' value propositions can assist.
• Fostering a customer-centric approach within the organization and initiating or contributing to the planning of customer-related product development initiatives or the establishment of customer-focused projects.
• Supporting strategic key customers' business development as needed.
• Associate/Bachelor's degree in Radiology/Imaging, IT, Health Informatics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in a clinical or sales environment.
• Preferred experience in selling healthcare IT solutions within clinical or hospital settings.
• Candidates should possess 5+ years of Healthcare/Imaging IT sales experience targeting hospital call points.
• Demonstrates the ability to sell in complex environments.
• Experience managing large quotas and navigating long sales cycles, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding those quotas.
• Must have experience in working with sales targets and forecasting.
• A successful history of achieving and surpassing sales objectives.
