• Driving revenue growth and fulfilling business objectives for our Digital & Automation imaging IT solutions within designated territories, accounts, and health network systems.
• Holding extensive knowledge of healthcare IT and imaging IT domains.
• Establishing and sustaining in-depth understanding of clinical IT workflows in Radiology, Cardiology, and Pathology.
• Offering consultative sales support to meet customer needs through the promotion and adoption of our Diagnostic Imaging Digital and Automation solutions.
• Developing and nurturing significant relationships with key internal and external stakeholders within your assigned territory.
• Establishing and fostering a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Leading the creation and implementation of strategic account plans.
• Keeping precise sales forecasts and ensuring transparency during review sessions.
• Educating internal colleagues on critical market trends, customer needs, and how our solutions' value proposition can assist.
• Promoting customer-centricity within the organization and initiating/contributing to the planning of customer-related product development measures or customer-related project setups.
• Supporting strategic key customers' business development as necessary.
• Associate/Bachelor's degree in Radiology/Imaging, IT, Health Informatics, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in a clinical or sales setting.
• Preferred experience in selling healthcare IT solutions within clinical/hospital environments.
• Candidates should possess over 5 years of Healthcare/Imaging IT sales experience targeting hospital call points.
• Demonstrates the ability to sell in complex environments.
• Experience managing large quotas and navigating long sales cycles, along with proven success in meeting and exceeding those quotas.
• Must have experience with sales quotas and forecasting.
• A successful history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
