This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Delivering extensive technical expertise within a designated portfolio and advising both the sales team and customers on how to effectively utilize and integrate Siemens products.
β’ Building, nurturing, and strengthening productive relationships with key stakeholders in your assigned customer organization.
β’ Steering the formulation and execution of strategic account plans to ensure the attainment of established business objectives and budgets.
β’ Supporting management in crafting sales strategies, developing forecasts, budgets, and operational plans for product sales channels.
β’ Leading territory team reviews and updating account plans in response to evolving market conditions, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
β’ Offering in-depth technical knowledge in the Angiography sector, advising both sales personnel and customers on how to effectively utilize and integrate Siemens Angiography products.
β’ Staying informed about Angiography trends and the market landscape.
β’ Training and guiding internal colleagues on current Angiography trends while articulating key discussion points.
β’ Utilizing Siemens sales tools effectively to foster collaboration, enhance communication, and stimulate growth.
β’ Potentially initiating the formation of expert teams and facilitating their activities.
β’ Meeting business objectives for the assigned territory, such as increasing account penetration with product, solution, and service offerings.
β’ Bachelor's degree in a related field and over 5 years of experience in Angiography sales, marketing, or a clinical role specific to Angiography; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ Proven success in establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships.
β’ Senior-level expertise with comprehensive functional, commercial, and/or technical knowledge in the Angiography domain.
β’ Capability to integrate analysis, development, testing, and implementation processes.
β’ Profound professional knowledge and experience in Angiography, with the ability to effectively transfer and apply this knowledge across various contexts.
β’ Strong professional judgment and problem-solving skills.
β’ Ability to enhance existing processes and methodologies.
β’ Expectation of approximately 50-70% travel within the territory, with overnight travel occurring 1-2 times per week.
