Product Recruiter – Project Contract

📋 Description

• Take charge of sourcing qualified candidates for specialized "Zero to One" Senior PM, Ecommerce PM, and other business roles as required.

• Oversee the entire candidate journey from initial outreach to final negotiations, ensuring all milestones are achieved within the project timeline.

• Leverage your knowledge of ATS, AI-Sourcing, and CRM systems to deliver data-driven insights and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Serve as the main point of contact for external talent, ensuring high-touch engagement and sustaining "warm" pipelines for specialized positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of focused experience in full-cycle technical/product recruitment as an independent consultant or agency partner.

• Proficient in utilizing ATS, AI-Sourcing software, and tracking relevant metrics.

• This position is designed for a contractor who operates their own business entity, possesses their own equipment/home office, and is capable of handling project deliverables with minimal oversight.

• Proven track record of meeting strict service level agreements (Time-to-Fill and Quality-of-Hire) in a dynamic environment.
