Product Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive execution of customer projects, from initial planning to final delivery.

• Cultivate and manage customer relationships, ensuring contract fulfillment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Develop and sustain project timelines and delivery strategies.

• Supervise project reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial performance.

• Handle invoicing, variation orders, and control of costs.

• Track project advancement and proactively identify risks, implementing measures to prevent delays.

• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, logistics, field service personnel, and factory supervisors.

• Assist in procurement processes with both internal and external suppliers.

• Ensure safe project execution while advocating for robust environmental, health, and safety practices.

• Deliver clear project updates to stakeholders and leadership through regular review sessions.

• Strong experience in project-driven business environments with clear accountability for project delivery.

• Practical skills in project management, encompassing planning, reporting, budgeting, and coordination with stakeholders.

• Experience in a delivery-oriented role involving customer interaction.

• Excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English, in spoken and written forms.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Willingness to travel within the Nordics as necessary.

• Familiarity with high-voltage electrical systems, such as transformers or high-voltage circuit breakers, is advantageous.

• An educational background in engineering, electrical engineering, or a related discipline is beneficial.
