This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Introduce an innovative new technology in bladder and bowel neurostimulation therapies.
• Propel growth, enhance differentiation, and convert strategy into quantifiable commercial outcomes.
• Oversee international product launches and phase-outs from start to finish in a multi-country setting.
• Craft and implement product and marketing strategies for the Pelvic Health division.
• Establish and direct the complete product launch strategy, ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with country marketing and other departments to execute regional marketing initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline.
• At least 5 years of pertinent sales and/or marketing experience.
• Solid marketing and commercial expertise in the medical device sector, ideally in urology.
• Demonstrated success in leading and executing complex projects with significant impact.
• High proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of translating marketing strategies into clear tactical plans.
• Strong capacity for learning to understand clinical and technical concepts.
