Product Portfolio Lead

📋 Description

• Define and articulate the product strategy that aligns with the company's goals and addresses customer requirements.

• Take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, product-market fit, competitive stance, and profitability.

• Spearhead product development from the initial concept through to launch and ongoing innovation.

• Hold accountability for the P&L of product lines.

• Create data-driven strategies for feature prioritization, backlog management, and product metrics.

• Guide, mentor, and coach product managers.

• Encourage collaboration among engineering, design, sales, and customer support teams.

• Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to collect product insights.

• Utilize user research, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and analytics to inform product decisions.

• Define and implement product features and go-to-market strategies.

• Oversee the complete product delivery process, ensuring adoption and optimization.

• Manage dependencies and prioritize features for on-time delivery.

• Establish KPIs and methods for tracking, reporting, and reacting to performance data.

• Advocate for process discipline and a comprehensive approach to the "Business of Products."

• Cultivate relationships with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, customers, and partners.

• Ensure product objectives are in line with broader organizational goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is essential.

• Over 5 years of experience as a Senior Product Manager or Director within a growing SaaS application.

• Ideally, experience in EHS, quality management, or HCM.

• More than 3 years of experience in leading and mentoring product management teams.

• Proven track record in managing Agile product development from concept to launch.

• Demonstrated history of owning P&L accountability for product lines.

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.

• Experience in SaaS product development, especially in EHS, quality management, or workforce management.

• Capacity to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.

• Experience in analytics, user research, and formulating business cases.

• Proficiency in gathering customer feedback and transforming insights into product features.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on ongoing improvement and innovation.

• Familiarity with customer lifecycle management, UX/UI design, and user-centric product development.

• Capability to address technical challenges alongside engineering teams and engage in strategic discussions with executives.
