This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the inbound pipeline by receiving, assessing, and categorizing incoming leads from developers, wallets, exchanges, fintechs, and other prospective integration partners for SDP and API products.
• Route leads accurately by aligning them with the appropriate internal teams and stakeholders based on product compatibility, technical specifications, and strategic importance.
• Ensure system integrity by maintaining comprehensive and detailed records in HubSpot (or a comparable CRM) — logging every conversation, documenting every handoff, and tracking every follow-up.
• Extract meaningful insights from conversations by identifying recurring themes, feature requests, and integration patterns that can inform product roadmap discussions.
• Complete the loop by following up with partners after handoff to verify their progress, flagging any obstacles to internal teams, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through integration.
• Brief stakeholders by preparing and sharing succinct notes, weekly pipeline summaries, and partner briefs for product and leadership teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration by working closely with product, engineering, developer relations, and marketing to ensure alignment on partner priorities and messaging.
• Relevant experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or solutions consulting, preferably with a developer platform, API company, or infrastructure provider.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and structure.
• Excellent written communication skills, ensuring your notes are clear enough for someone unfamiliar with the conversation to understand the current status.
• Comfort in engaging with technical products and the capability to discuss APIs, SDKs, and developer tools with confidence.
• Knowledge of the Solana ecosystem, including an understanding of DeFi protocols and on-chain infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools to effectively manage customer relationships and workflows.
