Product Partnerships Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the operational systems that ensure Jane's partner ecosystem operates smoothly - from the initial intake and evaluation to the launch phase - ensuring that processes remain fluid and information does not get lost between teams.

• Propel partnership launches to completion by overseeing the go-to-market coordination, maintaining alignment among cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless transition from launch to steady operations every time.

• Assist partners in defining and executing technical integrations with Jane's platform - acting as a liaison between their technical teams and ours, reviewing implementation strategies, and ensuring a robust foundation before going live.

• Enhance visibility and actionability of our partner pipeline by collaborating across our systems and CRM to monitor progress, identify stalled initiatives, and provide pertinent information to the appropriate stakeholders.

• Match the right clinics with the appropriate partners by creating audience segments and collaborating with Marketing to determine optimal moments for partner communications and co-marketing efforts.

• Transform research on partner categories into concise, actionable analysis that empowers the team to make informed decisions about our partnerships and their rationale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in partnerships, exhibiting strong commercial awareness in the field - this may have been acquired through business development, sales, marketing, or other relevant experiences.

• A history in cross-functional project management - you understand effective stakeholder communication and know how to maintain timelines effectively without micromanaging.

• Proficiency in navigating operational systems and tools - CRM, partner portals, internal platforms - with the capability to quickly adapt to new tools with minimal guidance.

• Exceptional research and synthesis abilities - you can distill a wealth of information about a product category into clear and actionable insights.

• A sincere curiosity about the practitioners Jane serves - comprehending their context enhances the quality of this work significantly.

• Bonus: familiarity with API documentation, integration scoping discussions, and bridging the gap between business objectives and technical limitations - you don’t need to be an engineer, but collaborating effectively with one comes easily to you.
