This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Participate in RFP responses, sales initiatives, and the Solution Design and BRD processes that outline our deliverables.
• Facilitate customer-facing Solution Design and BRD meetings, determining the tasks to be accomplished prior to establishing contractual agreements.
• Identify and communicate risks.
• Gather and interpret customer requirements for planning by Product Owners.
• Involve the appropriate specialists for each project.
• Challenge commitments that are not achievable.
• Draft or collaborate on SOW solution language for enhancements and integrations.
• Over 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Solution Consultant, or in a similar capacity (BA with PO responsibilities, Technical Product Manager, Pre-Sales Engineer) in a B2B environment, including hands-on experience creating Solution Design documents and BRDs.
• Proven experience working in both Product and Sales/Pre-Sales environments.
• Established track record of leading Solution Design or discovery sessions with external clients.
• Proficient in coordinating cross-functional efforts.
• Skilled in estimation practices.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Strong facilitation skills.
• Capable of navigating through uncertainty.
• Proficient in risk identification.
• Experienced with Jira and Confluence; actively utilizing modern AI tools in your workflow.
