This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the dedicated Product Owner for Salesforce Solutions, responsible for platform enhancements, feature delivery, and ongoing improvements.
• Manage the Salesforce backlog to ensure work is prioritized for maximum business value and delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce delivery teams (developers, admins, QA, architects) to ensure high-quality execution.
• Assist in the stabilization phase following recent Salesforce launches, ensuring that defects, enhancements, and user feedback are addressed promptly.
• Drive issue triage, prioritization, and resolution in collaboration with technical teams.
• Transition the platform from stabilization to a consistent delivery rhythm that supports ongoing business-as-usual (BAU) and roadmap work.
• Collect and translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog items.
• Lead sprint ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
• Balance competing delivery streams involving: roadmap initiatives and new capabilities, BAU requests and operational enhancements, post-launch fixes, and workflow optimization.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders (Sales, Customer Service, Operations) and delivery teams.
• Facilitate requirement discussions to ensure alignment on scope, value, and delivery timelines.
• Clearly communicate progress, trade-offs, and impacts on delivery with transparency.
• Ensure that Salesforce solutions are scalable, user-centered, and aligned with platform best practices.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements through automation, process redesign, and configuration enhancements.
• Contribute to platform governance, release management, and long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams on integration between Salesforce and other internal systems (customer portals, support tools, data platforms).
• Ensure end-to-end process alignment and data integrity across platforms.
• Define and monitor delivery and adoption metrics for Salesforce initiatives.
• Utilize stakeholder feedback and operational insights to drive continuous improvement and backlog evolution.
• Identify opportunities for operational enhancements, workflow automation, and process optimization.
• Advocate for continuous improvement through insights from adoption and stakeholder feedback.
• Leverage data, feedback, and delivery insights to promote ongoing improvement across product processes and outcomes.
• Enhance delivery predictability through improved backlog management and release planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Delivery, or Business Systems roles.
• More than 3 years of experience in delivering and managing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including: Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, workflow automation (Flows, approvals), reporting and dashboards, integrations, and APIs.
• Proven ability to manage delivery across both operational BAU needs and strategic roadmap initiatives.
• Strong experience in Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience in working cross-functionally to deliver across complex product portfolios.
