Product Owner I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between business operations, technology, and stakeholders to ensure that product requirements align with the company’s strategic goals.

• Oversee backlog management, monitor delivery schedules, and drive ongoing product enhancements to deliver business value and improve user experience.

• Take responsibility for the outputs from agile ceremonies.

• Guarantee that all deliverables are adequately documented and evidenced.

• Keep track of squad capacity and budget constraints.

• Aid in defining and prioritizing the product backlog.

• Gather, detail, and document functional requirements and business rules.

• Collaborate closely with business units to comprehend their requests and requirements.

• Engage in agile ceremonies, including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Monitor the progress of deliverables alongside the technical team.

• Ensure development team has clear requirements to work from.

• Assist in shaping and evolving the product roadmap.

• Track metrics and outcomes associated with delivered features.

• Support user acceptance testing and feature validation.

• Identify opportunities for ongoing process and product improvement.

• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders and involved teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Experience in managing a backlog and drafting user stories.

• Knowledgeable in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.

• Basic understanding of requirements gathering and functional documentation.

• Fundamental knowledge of digital products and software development workflows.

• Experience in data migration initiatives.

• Familiarity with at least one AI tool (the candidate may choose which one).

• Practical experience working with agile methodologies (must go beyond theoretical knowledge).
