Product Owner, Hospital/Provider Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product architects, business stakeholders, and client representatives to convert business requirements into user stories for development teams to execute.

• Create and sustain a well-prioritized backlog of user stories ready for implementation.

• Partner with project managers and technical leads to establish the scope and priorities for product development cycles.

• Work alongside development teams to ensure they grasp the product vision.

• Produce detailed specifications for product features to ensure clarity for development teams.

• Motivate and inspire development teams to deliver innovative and engaging solutions with a suitable sense of urgency.

• Serve as an ambassador for the product both internally and externally, acting as the main technical contact for product-related inquiries.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to facilitate successful product releases.

• Supervise development sprint planning cycles and the delivery of product releases in conjunction with the development team.

• Conduct product backlog grooming.

• Manage project scheduling and oversee project management tasks.

• Write and/or validate the integrity of acceptance tests.

• Secure stakeholder buy-in in a matrixed organization.

• Collaborate with Information Technology and Application Development teams at CorroHealth on the ongoing implementation of Agile methodologies across the enterprise, and provide feedback on proposed initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business/Data Analyst in a high-volume business setting.

• At least 3 years of experience with Agile business processes and workflow.

• Over 5 years of experience managing the revenue cycle in hospitals or physician practices.

• Experience with integrating AI into Revenue Cycle Management software solutions.

• Proficiency in UI Path and Robotic Process Automation.

• Experience in a client-facing position, showcasing necessary leadership capabilities.

• Background working in a professional office environment, engaging with all levels of management.

• Experience in a matrixed organizational structure.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to adhere to deadlines set by clients and senior management while managing and prioritizing tasks for oneself and others.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.

• Understanding of Microsoft Decision Engine functionality.
