Product Owner – GIS, Geospatial AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the vision, roadmap, and strategy for the NeIO GIS product line.

• Identify and prioritize high-value use cases across various GIS workflows.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of GIS data models and platforms.

• Define and manage the product backlog, feature roadmap, and release schedules.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, AI, and Design teams.

• Establish product positioning, ideal customer profile (ICP), and value proposition.

• Lead the implementation and deployment of GIS solutions for enterprise clients.

• Keep abreast of trends in GIS, geospatial technologies, and AI in spatial analytics.

• Contribute to points of view (POVs), whitepapers, and solution frameworks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in the GIS/Geospatial domain.

• Strong practical knowledge of GIS platforms such as ESRI, ArcGIS, QGIS, PostGIS, etc.

• Familiarity with spatial data models and workflows.

• Experience in sectors like Oil & Gas, Utilities, Telecom, and Infrastructure/Smart Cities.

• Demonstrated experience in product ownership/product management or solution ownership/delivery leadership.

• Proven track record in building or scaling domain-led products or solutions.

• Capability to translate domain challenges into structured product features.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, GIS, or a related field.

• An MBA from a Tier-1 institution is preferred.
