This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establishing the vision and scope for future services, ensuring they align with user requirements and enhance traceability quality.
• Crafting comprehensive customer journeys that detail how various user groups will engage with the multi-species system.
• Converting service propositions into distinct personas, user needs, and user stories to facilitate design and implementation.
• Developing and maintaining a service blueprint, release roadmap, and a prioritized backlog of tasks.
• Ensuring the service blueprint aligns with the overall LI blueprint by collaborating with other Product Owners and the COO.
• Identifying and defining all third-party interactions to guarantee effective integration across service components.
• Promoting efficiency enhancements within the designated service model.
• Working closely with technical and data teams to outline and deliver service dependencies.
• Collaborating with other service teams to ensure smooth delivery within the broader multi-species ecosystem.
• Partnering with testing and transition teams to ensure well-planned and effectively executed releases.
• Assisting the wider team in recognizing and managing changes, risks, assumptions, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a start-up or high-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement changes within complex, multi-user, and multi-stakeholder settings with competing priorities.
• Strong history of delivering data-driven services that prioritize user needs and service quality.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to live service.
• Capacity to think innovatively and translate user requirements into comprehensive service designs.
• Self-driven with excellent organizational and structured thinking capabilities, able to provide clarity and guidance in a rapidly changing environment.
• Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with experience in complex or politically sensitive contexts.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging, influencing, and aligning a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience in designing end-to-end service blueprints, developing roadmaps, and managing prioritized backlogs.
• A fully remote and flexible working arrangement.
