Product Owner – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product specifications, user narratives, acceptance criteria, and delivery specifics.

• Oversee the backlog, establish priorities, ensure sprint readiness, and execute features effectively.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, operations, and business teams.

• Convert intricate financial processes into straightforward product flows.

• Conduct testing of features prior to launch, ensuring product quality is a shared responsibility beyond engineering.

• Monitor bugs, edge cases, user concerns, and post-launch resolutions.

• Keep stakeholders informed about progress, obstacles, risks, and necessary decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Executive, or in a similar delivery-oriented position.

• Exceptional capability to articulate clear requirements and decompose tasks for engineering teams.

• Solid understanding of user flows, edge cases, operational procedures, and product quality standards.

• Quick to follow up, highly organized, and possess a strong sense of ownership.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and transform disorganized inputs into coherent execution strategies.

• Comfortable with product testing and addressing gaps prior to launch.

• Background in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or digital products is a significant advantage.
