This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery specifics.

• Oversee backlog management, priority setting, sprint readiness, and feature implementation.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, operations, and business teams.

• Simplify intricate financial journeys into straightforward product flows.

• Conduct feature testing prior to launch to ensure product quality is not solely dependent on engineering.

• Monitor bugs, edge cases, user concerns, and necessary post-launch corrections.

• Keep stakeholders informed about progress, obstacles, risks, and required decisions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Executive, or in a similar role focused on delivery.

• Exceptional ability to articulate clear requirements and decompose work for engineering teams.

• Solid understanding of user flows, edge cases, operational processes, and product quality.

• Quick to follow up, highly organized, and possess a strong sense of ownership.

• Capable of navigating ambiguity and transforming disorganized inputs into clear execution strategies.

• Comfortable testing products and addressing gaps prior to launch.

• Experience in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or digital products is a significant advantage.
