Product Owner – ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Product Owner for the Educational ERP.

• Oversee, organize, and prioritize the product backlog.

• Develop initiatives, epics, features, and user stories in accordance with best practices (INVEST).

• Establish clear, objective, and traceable acceptance criteria.

• Assist in Discovery activities and prioritize based on value, risk, and impact.

• Lead refinements with cross-functional teams.

• Analyze business processes along with academic, financial, regulatory rules, and integrations.

• Engage in agile ceremonies.

• Confirm deliveries made by squads.

• Actively communicate risks to stakeholders.

• Track the product roadmap, releases, and product metrics.

• Function as the liaison between Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Support, and business sectors.

• Assist in strategic decisions utilizing product data and metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Design, Education, or related areas.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst with intricate digital products.

• Familiarity with B2B products, SaaS, ERP, or educational platforms.

• Experience in building and managing product backlogs.

• Proficient in writing initiatives, epics, features, user stories (INVEST), and acceptance criteria.

• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).

• Experience with refinement, prioritization, and estimation processes.

• Background in process mapping and business analysis.

• Understanding of BPMN.

• Awareness of Product Discovery principles.

• Familiarity with impact analysis and dependency management.

• Proficient in product metrics.
