Product Owner, ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Product Owner for the Educational ERP.

• Oversee, organize, and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

• Develop initiatives, epics, features, and user stories following best practices (INVEST).

• Establish clear, objective, and traceable acceptance criteria.

• Aid in Discovery activities and prioritize based on value, risk, and impact.

• Facilitate refinement sessions with cross-functional teams.

• Analyze business processes, academic, financial, regulatory rules, and integrations.

• Engage in agile ceremonies.

• Validate outputs produced by squads.

• Proactively inform stakeholders of potential risks.

• Track the product roadmap, releases, and performance metrics.

• Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Support, and business sectors.

• Assist in making strategic decisions using data and product metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Design, Education, or related fields.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst on complex digital products.

• Familiarity with B2B, SaaS, ERP, or educational platforms.

• Experience in building and managing a product backlog.

• Proficient in writing initiatives, epics, features, user stories (INVEST), and acceptance criteria.

• Background in agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).

• Experience with refinement, prioritization, and estimation processes.

• Skilled in process mapping and business analysis.

• Knowledge of BPMN.

• Understanding of Product Discovery principles.

• Familiar with impact analysis and dependency management.

• Experience with product metrics.
