Product Owner, ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Formulate a distinct product vision for the ERP system.

• Evaluate and prioritize needs from various business units.

• Oversee the evolution of the product backlog while managing priorities, dependencies, and progress.

• Develop a transparent and achievable roadmap for the ongoing development of the ERP environment.

• Ensure transparency regarding ongoing developments and foster clear communication.

• Support the release process from planning through to go-live.

• Gather feedback from business units to identify optimization opportunities.

• Accountable for both the strategic and operational development of the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a related role within an agile environment.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably MyFactory) or eCommerce/digital platforms.

• Proven experience in shaping structures and processes in growth-focused companies.

• Product Owner certification (e.g., PSPO from Scrum.org, SAFe POPM, or equivalent).

• Proficient user of Jira and Confluence.

• Strong analytical skills and a structured working approach, capable of maintaining an overview in complex situations.

• Ability to unite diverse stakeholders and create collaborative solutions.

• Eager to take responsibility, make decisions, and advance initiatives sustainably.

• Experience in the dietary supplements (NEM) industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
