This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics applications, ensuring alignment with business goals.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and refine requirements into actionable user stories.

• Collaborate with development teams to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements.

• Serve as the main liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors.

• Track product performance, user adoption, and feedback to foster continuous improvement.

• Define data and analytics requirements while identifying opportunities for the business to leverage this data to create value and enhance decision-making.

• Work with the Data & Analytics team to create Power BI dashboards.

• Lead iterative improvements utilizing Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• Manage Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to track execution progress and support program monitoring.

• Analyze data to enhance performance, communication, and overall program effectiveness.

• Coordinate dependencies across teams and ensure alignment with system-level activities.

• Facilitate or lead Agile events including retrospectives, demonstrations, stand-ups, and planning sessions.

• Assess the impact of changes and develop change management plans in partnership with the business and Change Manager lead.

• Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics enhancements, trends, and best practices to optimize platform value.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 8 years of experience; or an Advanced Degree with 5 years of experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Ownership of a digital application.

• Strong comprehension of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence for tracking project progress and managing the backlog.

• Capability to lead sessions that gather requirements from stakeholders and end users.

• Proficiency in crafting effective user stories for developers.

• Expertise in analyzing user data, conducting market research, and evaluating performance metrics to make informed decisions.
