This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Together, we establish the benchmark for contemporary board decisions.
• As a Product Owner (m/f/d), you will oversee the operational management and ongoing enhancement of our Boardwise software product within an agile framework.
• You serve as the main point of contact between the business, stakeholders, and development teams, ensuring that requirements are transformed into concrete, actionable, and value-generating product increments.
• You will actively promote the integration of AI technologies—especially within the Microsoft ecosystem—and convert strategic objectives into prioritized backlog items and measurable outcomes.
• You will take ownership of the product backlog, including its maintenance, prioritization, and refinement.
• Translate requirements from business units and stakeholders into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure a steady flow of value in a Kanban or agile working environment.
• Collaborate closely with development teams, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure).
• Actively manage and engage with stakeholders across various organizational levels.
• Assist in defining and continuously developing the product vision and roadmap.
• Integrate and advance AI-based features in the product (e.g., Copilot, LLM-based features).
• Work alongside UX, Data, and Engineering teams to enhance the user experience continuously.
• Ensure the quality, usability, and business impact of implemented features.
• Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within a software environment.
• You are comfortable working in an agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
• Experience in managing and prioritizing backlogs is essential.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft-based application development).
• Ability to convert business requirements into clear, technically feasible work packages.
• Experience in stakeholder management, including a confident presence at management or executive board levels.
• Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management in both German (C2) and English.
• 100% remote: Work from anywhere in Europe with trust, flexibility, and ownership.

• Close collaboration with management; team spirit despite remote setup: We meet at least twice a year, for example in Lisbon, Berlin, or Copenhagen.
