This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and manage the sprint-level sustaining backlog across various domains including batch processing, administrative tasks, ESPP, admin reporting, and financial reporting.
• Create comprehensive user stories, bug reports, enhancement specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Assess and prioritize incoming defects and enhancement requests from Customer Support.
• Act as the main product liaison for engineering teams during the execution of sprints.
• Partner with QA to outline test scenarios, confirm fix functionality, and ensure thorough regression coverage.
• A minimum of 2 years in a product owner, business analyst, or junior product management position, ideally within B2B SaaS settings.
• At least 2 years of experience in equity management, equity compensation, or financial services platforms.
• Proven experience collaborating directly with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective written communication abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of equity compensation principles, including stock options, RSUs, RSAs, ESPP, performance awards, and participant transaction lifecycles.
