Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead the exploration of a new product opportunity by identifying significant customer challenges and unmet needs.

• Collaborate directly with customers, users, and stakeholders to test assumptions and determine focus areas.

• Define the problem space, identify target users, articulate the value proposition, and establish success criteria for the product.

• Shape the product's direction, create a roadmap, and prioritize the backlog around the most valuable initial use case.

• Transform broad opportunities into specific outcomes, hypotheses, and actionable increments.

• Make informed trade-offs regarding scope, sequencing, and pace of development.

• Work closely with design and engineering teams to transition from concept to launch.

• Oversee daily product decisions throughout delivery, including refining the backlog and making scope trade-offs.

• Define and monitor initial indicators of customer value, adoption, and engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar position, preferably in software, SaaS, or digital products.

• A strong sense of curiosity and product intuition.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating it into clear actionable steps.

• Confident in conducting customer discovery and utilizing insights to inform product decisions.

• Capable of establishing priorities, making trade-offs, and concentrating on the smallest valuable elements to build first.

• Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to follow through on tasks.

• Excellent collaborator and communicator across design, engineering, commercial, and operational teams.
